1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mk222 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mk222 online gaming platform, accessible at https://mk222.io and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, "the Platform").

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mk222 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mk222 reserves the right to close all such accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mk222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and internal anti-money laundering policies. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time determined by the Company:

All transactions on the mk222 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). mk222 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

4.5 Player Funds

Player funds held in mk222 accounts are maintained in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational finances. This segregation is designed to protect player balances; however, it does not constitute a guarantee of funds in all circumstances and players should be aware of the inherent risks associated with online gaming platforms.

4.6 Unclaimed and Dormant Balances

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. mk222 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the email address on file. 6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

7 Prohibited Conduct and Restricted Activities
